Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; cash (for local orders) and Venmo.

What is your return policy?

No returns/refunds on personalized items. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to get a replacement if deemed necessary.

Cancellations on custom orders will not receive a refund if the order has already been started.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, we offer paper gift certificates, but do plan to add gift card options to the mix soon.
